Extremely scarce print produced in 1990 depicting a scene on September 15th 1940... September 15th, 1940 was when Goring threw everything at the Royal Air Force at the height of the Battle of Britain. Somewhere in Kent, another Me109 has crashed landed after combat with the Royal Air Force fighter squadrons. Robert Taylor captures the scene during the height of the Battle of Britain , a Luftwaffe pilot stands beside his downed Me109, he looks on as Spitfires of 54 Squadron are seen returning to base at Hornchurch, roar overhead.
