This is a wonderful Genuine War time hand written letter, written by the Great British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill. It was written in the spring of 1945 to a Mr H.A Wall Esq of Portishead and is written on House of commons headed paper. It reads ' I Thank you sincerely for your very Kind message to me which I have received and read with great pleasure. Winston Churchill 1945.' Hand written letters by Winston Churchill are extremely rare as he always dealt with dictated letters and writing this letter was a grievous burden to Churchill. This letter and envelope was originally framed on the 5th March 1965 by Frost & Reed of Bond Street London and is supplied with the Letter and other Authentication......priced @ P.O.A. !
